Shipping Information

Our shipments are handled by DHL. We will send you an email as soon as your package has been send. You will then receive an email with your tracking code. Please contact us if you haven’t received your package after the customer clearance time. You can contact us here.

During holidays or sales periods, the delivery time can be slightly longer than you are used to from us.

The Netherlands: 
1 -2 business days

Europe, US, Canada, Middle East & Australia: 
2-5 business days

Asia:
3-5 business days

Africa:
4-5 business days

South America, New Zealand, China
5-7 business days

Delivery Costs
If you enter your address at checkout, you will automatically see the shipping costs. Duties and taxes may apply if you place an order from outside the EU. For countries within the EU, there are no custom charges.
